Star Rider

Rosy, a nervous bunny, decides today is the day she steps out of her comfort zone and makes the drop with her starboard. When her resolve begins to waver, she looks to her friends.

This is an independent film project that I worked on from ideation to completion. In order to meet a set deadline, I created a production schedule and learned ways to maximize my workflow. For example, though I painted the backgrounds I modeled the tower and used free 3D assets to frame the shots first. I received and implemented input from peers and professors throughout the entire process. Overall, I'm happy I was able to tell Rosy's story!

24 Hour Animation Challenge

I joined a group of five students in participating in the 24-hour animation challenge where we had to troubleshoot, maintain deadlines, and work as a team to create a 30 second short that encompasses a theme.  Our team met regularly for a month beforehand to discuss the production schedule, our roles, programs we would be using, and refamiliarizing ourselves with concepts and programs. My role was to storyboard, assist with coloring and composite.

This experience was definitely new and challenging, but it was rewarding to see all our hard work come together!

We even placed in the top 10.
